RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you verify all sizes and measurements before finalizing your purchase. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, contact us at sales@faylawson.com within three days of receiving your product. Upon verification of the defect, we will organize a courier return and provide a replacement. If you choose not to accept a replacement, we will issue a store credit valid for three months from the date of issue. Please note, cash refunds are not available.
